Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in education or consumer services

- Proficient in both Korean and English (spoken and written)

- Knowledge of an additional language, especially Japanese, is a plus

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels

- Run and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Naver, and Kakao

- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific tools

- Share weekly digital performance updates and compile monthly reports for each center

2. Content Creation & Media Management

- Create, edit, and publish content in Korean and English across social media, websites, and offline channels

- Design visuals (posts, graphics, short videos) for events and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand identity

- Manage a content calendar to support timely and engaging storytelling

- Share event highlights and updates across official social channels

3. Website & E-commerce Management

- Update and manage the Berlitz Korea website with a focus on UX and UI improvements

- Use Shopify to manage product listings, landing pages, and conversion tracking

- Optimize the site for SEO to improve visibility and lead generation

4. Communication & Coordination

- Lead regular marketing syncs with center directors (Gwanghwamun, Samseong, Yeouido)

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events

- Participate in planning meetings to align marketing strategies with business needs

5. Local Promotions & Event Management

- Plan and support local promotional activities and events across centers

- Produce marketing collateral for events (flyers, banners, etc.)

- Serve as on-site event manager for exhibitions and booth activations

6. Influencer Marketing

- Identify and collaborate with local influencers to support marketing campaigns

- Manage content creation, scheduling, and delivery of influencer materials

- Track and report on influencer performance and impact

7. Market Research & Strategy

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify local trends and growth opportunities

- Support strategic planning through data-driven insights and reporting
