Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–2 years of work experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good command of English (minimum TOEIC score of 550)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends (5 working days per week with 2 consecutive days off)
Tasks & Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition Activities
- Handle initial customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Support and monitor local marketing activities and promotional events
- Conduct sales activities and assist customers throughout the enrollment process
Customer Retention Activities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Conduct customer orientation sessions
- Ensure the Language Center maintains a professional appearance
- Coordinate lesson scheduling for customers and instructors
- Provide consultation and guidance to students
Operations
- Accurately enter and manage customer data in the company system
- Maintain clear and professional correspondence with customers
